About Michele.

I've spent 30 years creating spaces where people do their most honest thinking.

The kind of thinking that actually

changes something.

I didn't set out to work with women in midlife.

I set out to help nonprofit leaders navigate the hardest moments of their careers: the transitions, the board dynamics, the quiet crises that don't make it in the annual report. And for years, that's exactly what I did.

But somewhere along the way, I started noticing something.

The same questions I was helping executives wrestle with - Who am I in this role? What do I actually want? What's next? - were showing up in my own life. And in the lives of almost every woman I knew who was moving through midlife.

We were all quietly wondering. And most of us were wondering alone.

So I built something for that.

The RE:Creation Lab grew out of the recognition that women in midlife deserve the same quality of thoughtful, structured, deeply human support that I'd been offering organizational leaders for decades. Not a spa day. Not a vision board. A real space to do real work, with other women who get it.

It turns out the through-line was always there: I create spaces where people reflect, ask (and answer) the hard questions and then figure out what's next.

I just didn't know it would lead here.

And outside of work:

Michele lives in Atlanta with her family.

She plays piano - badly enough to be humble, well enough to have fun. She is working on a book about connecting to your future self that may or may not ever be finished.

She loves cooking for her family, the power of meditation, the restoration of a 20 minute nap, and the particular magic of a good book and open-hearted friends.

Whatever brought you here, you are welcome!

Whether you're a woman wondering what's next or a nonprofit leader navigating something hard, the work starts the same way: with an honest conversation.
